The kitchen renovation is well underway. We tore down the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room. The drywall surfaces have been patched. All of the CABICO cabinets have been delivered and are quickly and carefully being installed. We are also installing new roof framing and membrane.
The bathrooms and kitchen of the Center Place Residence are gutted out. We will replace all fixtures and install a new roof and our own cabinets. The custom Cabico cabinets were delivered at the site today.
